Hello, my name is John Jay McGraw, Jr. (hence the site name & logo), but I typically go just by 'Jay'.
I've been a full time editor, motion graphics designer/animator, videographer and a general video production 'swiss army knife' for almost 18 years now since graduating college. I have a wide swath of industry experience including television/broadcast, agency work, corporate, freelance, and both internal and external marketing.
I pride myself in being easy to work with, creative, fast working, communicative and able to work within direction and brand standards. My experience has given me the ability to hop in at any point of the production and creative process and execute with efficiency, ingenuity, and versatility. It can be a crazy, creative, bizarre process, but it's the job I've chosen and love doing and I treat it with the professionalism that my clients deserve.
I've been married to my wife, Christel, for over 11 years now and she's the rock that keeps our marriage steady. She's an incredible wife and mother. We have 3 kids, Ellie (9), Jack (6), and Reese (3).
